No other school is doing what GCAS is doing. It’s exactly what’s necessary —a light in these dark times.

Welcome to the GCAS Archive

Help us create & preserve alternative thinking

Over the past four years, GCAS has held hundreds of lectures, workshops, presentations, conferences from Cuba to Vancouver, from Paris to Athens, Berlin, London and New York. In most cases we have preserved these important events featuring leading thinkers and visionaries such as Slavoj Zizek, Oliver Stone, Gayartri Chakravorty Spivak, Jack Halberstam, Paul B. Preciado, Tarqi Ali, Antonio Negri, Catherine Malabou, Michael Hardt, Dorothea Olkowski, Jean-Luc Nancy, Franco "bifo" Berardi and hundreds of others.

We are now in the process of making our important documents and recordings available to the public. You can help support our alternative school and our documentation efforts by subscribing to our archive. These funds will be used to continue our important work of revealing injustices, creating new ways of organizing, and structuring events and conversations so important in order to call into question today's status quo threatened by authoritarianism, fascism, neoliberalism, school-to-prison pipeline, colonialism, environmental destruction, and corporatized education and media.  We believe there is a better way. Take action and join us.

Currently most of our archive is being edited, but a few texts (video) are available.

GCAS is education for people not profits
